Responsibilities:
Handle the project implementation, configuration of system products and cooperation with team member in project management and practices
Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support during the Presales and Postsales project cycle
Participate in new IT product and solution evaluation
Articulate and support solution demonstration and POC testing
Preparation of solution analysis report, solution proposal, and related project documentation
Identify and resolve problem on customers' problems and ensure an end-to-end service is maintained in an efficiency and effective way
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
At least 3 years of relevant experience (Microsoft AD/Exchange upgrade and migration experience is an advantage)
Solid experience in Cloud/Virtualization platform design and implementation
Familiar with virtualization technology such as VMware ESXi, Citrix VDI and Microsoft Hyper-V
Less experience will be considered as System Engineer
