Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise in supporting Security technology
Assigned to complete technical tasks including Project implementation, Project documentation and Post-sales maintenance
Perform daily system monitoring, helpdesk support and troubleshooting of Security solution
Documentation and housekeeping
Provide 7 x 24 during incident handling
Willing to work in non-office hours
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in IT related discipline
Certification on Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point or Juniper are preferred
Strong knowledge and hand-on experience in security project
Good knowledge in Windows and Linux platform is highly preferred
Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Proactive and initiative, able to complete job assignment independently with min supervision and meet tight deadline
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
