Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise in supporting Network and Security technology
Assign to complete technical tasks including Project implementation, Project documentation and Post-sales maintenance
Perform daily system monitoring, helpdesk support and troubleshooting of Network and Security solution
Documentation and housekeeping
Maintain up-to-date understanding of the latest threats, vulnerabilities, mitigation and industry best practices
Requirements:
Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent IT qualifications
Minimum 2 year solid experience in network and security project
Experience with implementation of security technologies such as: DLP, IPS, Anti-Virus, APT
Certification in F5, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, FireEye, H3C, Arista will be an advantage
Certification in information security disciplines CISA, CEH will be an advantage
Strong knowledge and hand-on experience in network and security project migration
Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Proactive and initiative, able to complete job assignment independently with min supervision and meet tight deadline
Good at English, Mandarin and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Service Engineer
