Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound engagement (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) and inbound inquiries, with a primary focus on Microsoft Hong Kong managed accounts.
Pipeline Management Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline using GTI’s CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely updates, and visibility across Microsoft Cloud & AI, M365, and Copilot solution areas.
Product Presentation Deliver engaging remote demos and solution presentations that highlight the business value of Microsoft technologies—especially in Cloud, AI, M365, and Copilot—tailored to client needs and industry context.
Consultative Selling Apply a solution-driven sales approach to understand customer pain points and position GTI’s Microsoft offerings as strategic enablers for digital transformation. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with GTI’s Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize the lead-to-close journey, enhance customer experience, and integrate feedback into sales strategy.
Sales Targets & Performance Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs, contributing to GTI’s growth in Microsoft solution adoption across GCR.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or business development, ideally within SaaS, IT services, or B2B tech environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across business and technical domains.
Ability to grasp Microsoft technologies and articulate their value in simple, business-relevant terms.
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
