Responsibilities:
To support users and manage incidents covering headquarters and branches.
Provide users with first call resolution upon their first-time calls.
Installing, configuring, and managing computer hardware, software, and printers.
Diagnosing and resolving both hardware and software issues.
Daily system health check and data backup.
Log all incidents into the logging system.
Responsible for tracking and routing incidents and requests.
Requirements:
Diploma in computer science or related disciplines.
Good knowledge of PC hardware, servers, networking, and cable patching infrastructure.
Experience in supporting Windows XP, Windows 7, Office 2003, Office 2007, Office 2010, and Office 2013.
Ability to provide basic support for Active Directory and Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows 98, XP, and Windows 7/8.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
