Responsibilities: Perform help desk support queries and computer operation duties for end users
Handle computer operation duties such as trouble-shooting, PC operation, etc.
Perform other duties assigned
Requirements: Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience in IT Support / System administration will be an advantage
Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve desktop & laptop, applications, server and network issues
Good communication skills
Fresh graduates with good learning attitude are also welcome
