GTI is pleased to announce that the company was awarded the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 certification by British Standards Institution (BSI) for IT Service Management System with effective from March 2016.
ISO/IEC 20000 is the international recognized standard for IT service management system which outlines the IT framework, policy, process and workflow to achieve international best practice standards of IT service management system. It integrates people, processes and technology to support business goals and develop IT services that are driven by and support business objectives. It also defines a series of controls to measure and maintain consistent levels of IT service for continual improvement.
